mattmcl84: This is the first cache I have archived. As the last finder noted, the No Outlet sign is gone due to the OMR road improvements. I confirmed yesterday that there is no sign anymore, making this location no longer fit the theme. The bison tube was on the ground so it seemed that it had seen better days, anyway. I’ll re-hide the container somewhere to pay it forward. Thanks to all the finders!

Geocache Description:

Something that drives me crazy are "No Outlet" signs that are either located on streets that DO have an outlet or located in places that are OBVIOUSLY not routes to other locations. I picture an unfriendly neighbor or neighborhood association requesting a sign just to keep anyone else out. I figure I should place a cache by them to make sure that some friendly visitors will head to that location.

This cache is located just up the street from the No Outlet sign on Downdale Place. None of the streets close by have any outlets, either. Where would someone even be looking to reach via a shortcut through Downdale Place? Lake Elkhorn?
