Industrial estates are great for caches.
They are nice and quite in the late arvo and on the weekends as many business are closed then.
Industrial estate are also great for learner drivers as they are quite and not many cars around. This estate has many here on the weekend so please be mind full of them.
This estate is still very new and business are slowly being build.
This is a nice simple park and grab cache it is no more then 3 meters from where you can park your car.
