Park on Westwood Hills Drive in front the the field of Little Difficult Run Stream Valley Park. From the parking area, the trail is accessed just before you reach the bridge. Enjoy a pleasant 0.5 mile hike west along the creek. After crossing the small bridge in the bamboo forest look for a small trail entrance on your left. If you reach the creek, you've gone too far. Follow the left offshoot until you've hopped over the log that blocks your path. Head up the incline on your left and the cache is about 25 feet off the trail. Inside the cache are a few trinkets. Please don't take the pencils, the paper, or the pencil sharpener.
Please note that to access this cache you need to pass through Fairfax County Park Authority land, therefore it is not accessible at night. Adjacent homeowners are aware of the cache and welcome all people who enjoy the trails/geocaching.
