"Your Majesty, please... I don't like to complain,
But down here below, we are feeling great pain.
I know, up on top you are seeing great sights,
But down here at the bottom we, too, should have rights.

"Yertle the Turtle and Other Stories" published in 1952 introduced the 'King of the Turtles" always wanting more and more and more from his realm and his subjects. It doesn't work out. 

Tip of the cap to the many Bassets around the east side that made me think this a perfectly legit way to make a container.

This is the fourth in a set of Dr. Suess themed caches and thanks to the many Bassets around the Eastside for giving me the idea for the container. The others in the series are:
