Angel Island is a great place to visit and offers a lot of history combined with excellent hiking, biking and great views. While you are at it, how about a little tree climb!
This tree is not for everyone. If you are not a confident monkey or do not have a confident monkey with you there is no harm in putting this on your ignore list. A TOTT's will not help you here. I am 5'10" and had no problem getting started...although you may need some upper body strength to get to the first level.
