Hello everyone! Let me tell you a story.
I found a great new place to put a Geocache recently. It was a neat little open spot, and I decided to quickly fashion together a cache so I could hide it there for everyone to find. I went home and put together a blue box, and went back to hide the cache in this spot. All was well, and I was very excited for people to find this Geocache!
Unfortunately, right before I could walk in my front door, a tiny meteorite fell from the sky and clocked me right in the head. I wasn't hurt, didn't need to see a doctor or go to the hospital thankfully. But, something even worse had happened. I could no longer remember where I had just placed the Geocache! That dumb space rock knocked the memory right out of my head!
I asked myself, 'Well gee! Now what?' That's a perfectly good Geocache out there, waiting to be found, but now I can't publish it and nobody will find it. What was I to do? Luckily, I remembered something important! I had access to an elite team of secret agents, experts in finding people or objects hiding out in the world! There was a full team of 10 of them, so they could spread out across the city and figure out where I had hidden it! There's only one problem...
...None of them can speak English.
So, after some time had passed, all ten of them returned to me with their reports. Since I only speak English, I can't figure out what they're talking about. I suppose that's what I get for cheaping out on elite teams of secret agents. So, I'm going to pass their reports onto you. Hopefully you can figure out which one of my agents found the cache, and where it's hidden. I'm pretty sure only one of them actually found the cache. Remember, I told them to look for a blue box. If they found something else that isn't a blue box, it's not the Geocache.

Edit: A freelance agent found my cache and informed me that the West coordinates of the actual cache should be subtracted by 13. Of course, he wouldn't give up the actual location unless I paid him $1000...what a jerk...
