So this was an impulse hide. While waiting nearby to meet up with my buddy to retrieve an item with his pickup truck, the song "Sitting by the Dock of the Bay" came to mind. The name is an off-take of that song. The thought was "Waiting on the dock by the... big box lumber yard." Yep, weak at best, but it is clear now why I don't write songs or decent cache descriptions.
Beware of muggles. You are looking for a pill bottle in a typical hiding place for this location. Recommend that you don't park on the access road itself but it is a P&G.
