this cache is special because it WILL ALWAYS BE FULL OF GOOD SWAG ! it lives just outside the swag supply house.....
inside volunteer elves collect SWAG from all over and save it to add SWAG to this cache when it gets more empty than full.
take something but can't leave anything ? NO PROBLEM ! after dark when all of us are tucked in bed, the elves check and fill the cache with the
finest SWAG money can't buy. the only time this cache won't be filled is during strong thunderstorms and hurricanes.
