Guyana's Independence Day Event Cache

Another event on the plaza outside HQ... remember these? (I don't.) I always wanted to hold one of these events while visiting HQ and Seattle. Little did I know I would end up moving to Seattle to become a Lackey myself! Well, I can still host my event even if the HQ Visitor Center is closed. After all, it's the community that really makes this game great!

It goes without saying that we are still in a pandemic; please wear a face mask properly covering your nose and mouth if you are not fully vaccinated. The King County Public Health department still requires unvaccinated people to wear masks "outdoors when you cannot remain 6 feet apart" (read more here). Also, please stay home if you have any Covid symptoms.

Oh, and did you know that May 26th is Guyana's Independence Day? Guyana gained independence from the United Kingdom on 26 May 1966. Just a fun fact, and a good name for an event, if only to bring attention to South America's only officially English speaking country. Any excuse for an event...
