This cache has been placed on a quieter path in Cavehill Country Park. You can access it from the main paths which climbs from Belfast Castle to the caves above or the main path towards the quarry. The path has been almost blocked by two large fallen tree trunks which are quite close together but they are easy enough to pass. In May and June of any year there are many patches of bluebells nearby, large and small, making it a very attractive walk coming from either direction.
Most people will come up the path from Belfast Castle heading towards the caves. To make finding and keeping on the path to the cache I have added two helper pictures. Then second one will help you past the mountain bike trail which has appeared and now cuts across the small path leading to the cache. At this point do not follow the mountain bike trail down.
The cache is hidden between the two fallen giants of the title. It is a small bison tube. You will need to BYOP to sign it.
