Cub Scout Pack 480 started looking for geocaches as a way to do a socially distanced activity during the pandemic. We shared pictures of our finds with each other and talked about geocaching during our Scout meeting. They had so much fun they decided to create their own cache to fullfil one of the requirements for the Building a Better World badge. The cache is in a sterilite container labeled with the cache name. Some of the items put in by the Scouts include first aid cards, a plastic eagle, American flag patch, and some random plastic dinosaurs.
The cache is hidden on a hill that is kind of steep. If you are walking on the paved path, you can either find a place to ford the creek or continue on the trail until the bridge crosses the creek. Once you cross the bridge you can bear to the right through the woods.
