Despite appearances, there is a dilapidated house hiding under all that greenery across from GZ. Marked by a pine tree, a rusting fence, and some sort of invasive plant, if you look closely you can see an old wooden farm house. This is where Dennis Coombe and his family lived until roughly 1980 when Coombe built a new house on the hill closer to West Cape Howe National Park. Judy Boston then lived there for a short time while teaching at the nearby Woodbury-Boston primary school. Since then, it has been left empty and nature has started to reclaim it. If you approach from the West Cape Howe end, the house will be very visible.
The house sits on private property so cachers are reminded to admire it from afar. Besides, you wouldn't want to come across a ghost...
