ALC stands for Adventure Lab Cache and is a new type of cache that HQ is currently testing. There is a special app for this called Adventure Lab. This mystery cache is a bonus cache for the lab cache "⛩ Taoyuan Shrine / 桃園神社 ⛩".

First of all, download the app and enter by either scanning the QR code or clicking the link below. Visit 5 locations and complete the quiz. The bonus code will provide in the journals which can unlock the bonus cache.
