You are looking for a time capsule placed here by the State Parks. To log this cache you will need to email me at thunder_monk@yahoo.com and give me the date that the capsule was placed and the date it will be opened. Enjoy the area and be sure to look at the gardens for the governor's mansion while you are there. Take a camera with you!!! Please do not put the answer in your log even if encrypted ...Thank You
