The cache is located just off trail in the lava beds. It is at
approx. 3462' elevation. The trail is not difficult but the footing
off trail can be tricky due to the lava.
The cache is a one gallon silver paint bucket tucked quietly
out-of-sight. It is quite obvious from one direction, but invisible
from the other. Just remember this small clue: look beneath you.
The cache is pretty full. We placed a flashlight, map and
various other items as well as a log book.
We are hoping that this one will be a challenge. Let us know
