茂木町にある千本城にある展望台にキャッシュを隠しました
車で城跡近くまで来ることができますが、道幅が狭く脱輪等の恐れがある為、大型車では指定した駐車場までは来ることができません
周辺には民家もありますので、車で来る際は十分に運転に注意してお越しください
城跡は指定した駐車場所から西に35m程度行った場所にある千本城跡の説明板より東西約50m、南北約160mの山城としては広い敷地を持っています
展望台は城跡からは離れた場所になりますが、景色が良いのでキャッシュを設置しました
お時間があれば案内板から北へ進み羽黒神社までの城跡を楽しんでみてください
那須烏山市の龍門の滝の近くにある大平寺にはこの千本城主にまつわる言い伝えが残されているのでご紹介します

The 15th June is Tochigi Citizens’ Day. Tochigi Prefecture was established on June 15, 1873 with the merger of Tochigi Prefecture and Utsunomiya Prefecture. Celebrating this day, Geocachers loved Tochigi have published caches.

I hid the cache in the observatory at Senbon Castle in Motegi Town.
It is possible to drive near the ruins of the castle, but the road is too narrow for large vehicles to reach the designated parking area due to the risk of wheels falling off.
There are also houses in the vicinity, so please drive carefully when coming by car.
The castle ruins are located about 35 meters west of the designated parking area, and are about 50 meters from east to west and 160 meters north from there.
The observatory is located away from the castle ruins, but I have set up a cache because of the nice view.
If you have time, please go north from the information board and enjoy the castle ruins up to Haguro Shrine.
