This cache is close to the site of the railway siding that was called the New Torbay station which was 335 miles 58 chains from Perth. Opened in 1921 until 1957 comprised of a Siding (for 15 wagons) and a shed,it was a centre used for the collection of produce being sent to the urban areas. The station was located on the opposite side of the side road (which leads to the Torbay Hall ) The original Torbay Station was opened in 1889 as a Millars Saw Mill Siding. The cache which is knee high is at the edge of the road leading to nearby hall. You will need to bring your own pen.
