nova66: It was a very cool cache container for this location but seems to be gone, looked for a long time. If I find it eventually I will move it to a more user friendly location.

Welcome to the North Des Plaines River Canoe Launch in Russell IL. This area is owned and maintained by the Lake County Forest Preserve District. Plenty of parking and a short walk to the cache. Also check out the river while you are there, there is always some kind of wildlife hanging around.
