You are searching for a well hidden cache that is muggle-proof (and may well be cacher proof). It is a new type (Black Fly/Bow tie). The area is frequented by many muggles and there is a security camera nearby. Please remember to bring a pencil to sign and date the log strip.
Replace the cache exactly as you found it for others to enjoy as well.
