This particular cache spot is one that is pretty prolific around these parts, pretty in the spring and make for nice lawn decor. They also have a very distinct smell to them. But this area in general has some very dated history for me. I've traveled these woods, fields, streams/runoffs with my grandfather, friends and landowners. Quite different now compared to when I used to frequent it, but man has it brought back some memories. I live still less than 1mi from here, but the first time I've walked this trail I made these caches ... so I'll have to come back now.
