CrP3 The Field Behind the Fort Traditional Cache

The area behind the British fort played an important part in the strategy in defense of the main structure; the once open fields provided sightlines to the south and east so three outlying defenses known as redoubts were built in order to protect His Majesty’s fort from overland invasion.  These were smaller forts with 300-400 soldiers and fully armed with artillery. One of these redoubts is faintly apparent at the southern edge of the field where it turns to the forest.  Another is one of the bonus!
