Pe malul stâng al pârâului dezvoltarea a fost limitată chiar dacă se învecinează la ceva distanță cu cartierul Nufărul. Primăria a amenajat recent Parcul Salca, într-un stil modern, din ce în ce mai îndrăgit de Orădeni.
Over the years, the development of the Dimitrie Cantemir neighborhood seems to have been limited to the right bank of the Peţa thermal stream.
