This Cache is placed as part of the 2021 Taconic Region Geocaching Challenge. Please see FA1 Swampside for more information. This cache contains a unique stamp which must stay with the cache. Use this stamp to mark your passport. This stamp is NOT a trade item.
This cache is along an informal trail that leads off the School Mountain Road trail at N41 27.236 W73 53.915. About 100 yards down the trail, a heavier used ATV path turns uphill but the informal trail, marked in place with ribbons, continues ahead then also turns uphill.
The parking is along both sides of the road leading to Hubbard Lodge. Please obey the no parking signs and do not block the private driveways. We encountered significant GPS bounce when placing these caches so if you find the coordinates to be significantly in error, please include updated coordinates in your log.
