The cache IS at the posted coordinates. But you must meet the challenge qualifications before you claim your find.
Millennials. If you need someone that knows a lot more about current technology than you do (and try to convince you they know everything about everything), you turn to them. Need help setting up your smartphone? Check. Need a line of code? Check. Need someone to give you unsolicited advice about something they know nothing about? Check. Need to create a needlessly complicated multi using an RFID chip or CHIRP beacon. Check and check. I for one, love it when they call me a Boomer, even though I am not one. Boomers put a man on the Moon and built the Space Shuttle with 1950's technology; Millennials built AR games. I'm more impressed by the former. Now, get off my lawn!
To claim this Challenge:
You'll need to have found five (5) geocaches with the wireless beacon attribute. The District of Columbia counts for the purpose of this challenge (sorry...I couldn't resist!). The cache is rated given the difficulty to get all of those finds. The challenge cache itself is probably a D/T of 1.5/1.5.You may sign the log any time, but only claim the find when you meet the requirements. BYOP.
