Brand new container placed on 20 JULY 2025
If you visit in the fall/winter months with heavy leaf cover on the ground, this will be a semi-challenging find. It is hidden by a large geo-pile of sticks to aid in your search. Please replace as found, keeping hidden, as this container has been stolen by muggles in the past.
Hidden on the westernmost edge of the Baxter Trail System. Plenty of cache in the large trail complex. Come and make a day out of it. Bring some water and your hiking shoes.
Please please replace/hide as found and utilize the zip lock bags inside the container to keep everything dry and in good condition. Please only take Trackable items (with a 6 digit code printed on a "dog tag" typically) if you will log and take them to a new cache soon.
The closest parking is at least a .5 mile hike. There are dozens and dozens of parking options. The waypoint listed as Parking is for Dave Gibson Blvd off SC Hwy 160 (technically in Tega Cay) near the shopping complex. See trailhead coordinates if you choose that parking location.
