The remains you see here are of a stamp mill - a type of mill machine that crushes material by pounding it for further extraction of metalic ores - such as silver and gold in the case of this one at Sunny Corner. There is a helpful historical information sign at GZ, and don't be tempted to go through the gate - everything you need is on the fence line. The cache type is one of Irondale's favourites.
