For this cache, you will need to hone your observation skills to locate 4 single-digit numbers scattered around the structure at GZ to open the lockbox at the posted coordinates. Once you find all 4 numbers, arrange them from least to greatest (so if you find 4, 2, 3, and 1) the combination for the lock would be 1234. Sounds simple, right?
But your adventure doesn't end at the lockbox. Once you crack the code, another step will be required to obtain the logbook. As not to divulge the secret, I'll keep the rest under wraps...
The door enclosing the cache doesn’t open completely, please do not try to force it beyond where it stops. When you’re finished, close the door firmly without slamming it. Everything you need is located at GZ, and all components are located on or near the observation deck.
