Jesse was posted on facebook on February 1, 2021. She had been dropped off at Island Park in -40 below temperatures. What kind of human being thinks it is ok to do this?? She had my heart in an instant. You see 45 years ago on that date my Mom had died from hypothermia. Jesse had my name all over her. She was in such bad shape the vets didn't think she would survive the night. Well it turns out she was a little fighter. Today she is healthy has gained weight and thinks she runs the house!! OK she does run the house. The only memory from that horrible experience is she lost the tip of her right ear. She was just a kitten and still is. She is a wild litte girl and scares my little rescue puppies at times but we are all adjusting!! She is my first rescue kitten and she will forever hold a special place in my heart!!
