Another walk through the dunes, this time culminating with a ammo can in the bushes. This section of the trail fades in and out, requiring some bushwhacking through mosquito territory. Also, part of the trail is underwater for several days after significant rain, requiring detours through the thick scothbroom. Watch for wildlife as most of these trails were made by deer or coyotes. It is approximately a ½-¾ mile R/T walk to the cache, depending on where you park.
