鈴鹿海軍工廠の正門についていた銘板が大池公園に移設展示されています。海軍工廠の正門は、現在の大型ショッピングモール近くの共進交差点にありました。敗戦直後にアメリカ軍が銘板を破壊しようとした時、海軍工廠機銃部の方が交渉して銘板を引き取り保管されました。運ぶ時にコンクリートが崩れるので苦労されたそうです。ペンを持参ください。キャッシュを発見した方は、ログシートに記入後、元あった場所に再度隠してください。
