Geocache Description:

Located in Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Note: there is a $5.00 fee to get into the Sea Pines Plantation. Many restaurants and tour operators will refund the entrance fee if you use their services. The Salty Dog is one of these;it is very nearby and also offers a nice view along with a webcam cache.

To truly enjoy this great preserve be sure to stop and get a map at Lake Joe(the first right after you enter the park). Enjoy by car, bicycle, or hiking. A well disguised homemade 4 x 4 container, so bring small trade items. Please place back exactly as found so that fellow cachers will enjoy the same difficulty rating!
