As you may know, R.O.Y.G.B.I.V. is an abbreviation for the colors of a rainbow or spectrum. The major colors in a rainbow or spectrum are; Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. This is the KEY to unlocking this puzzle. Some clarification with respect to this puzzle is necessary due to slight variations in the colors and hues in the image. Most of the ROYGBIV colors are pretty standard, even in this image. For the purpose of this image, and to help alleviate confusion, here are the ROYGBIV colors provided in the image:
RED is the vibrant red color;
ORANGE is the orange or pumpkin color;
YELLOW is the vibrant yellow, NOT the pale, light yellow color;
GREEN is the drab army green, NOT the turquoise or aquamarine color;
BLUE is the light blue color, also NOT the turquoise color;
INDIGO is the dark blue color;
VIOLET is the light purple color, also may be known as lavender or mauve.
VERY IMPORTANT! If you go to the block as directed, and the color you need is not there, DO NOT attempt to morph an incorrect color into the correct color. If the color needed is not there, then that space in the cordinates is a ZERO.

TRADE THE COLOR LOCATION WITHIN THE BLOCK FOR THE NUMBER ABOVE, AND TRANSPLANT IT INTO THE LAT/LON FORMULA PROVIDED.
