3.5 acres of parkland was acquired by the City of Portland in 1981. During the 1990s, the Eastridge Homeowners Association and the Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association worked with PP&R to complete a master plan for the park. Minor park improvements were made over the years; the construction of the final plan elements was completed in October 2007. The park includes a small walking path, playground equipment for the kids and a single basketball hoop/court to practice your skills with and benches for just sitting and pondering the day in a beautiful setting!
You are looking for a 5 inch clear tube. It will hold small swag items, but nothing large.

Sign the log sheet
Carefully open the container with log inside and tightly close container. The log is a "rite in the rain" so it is signable even when wet.
Replace cache out of plain view to same location in description/hint.
The cache itself is a clear tube, please handle it gently and replace all parts firmly so the next person can enjoy.
If you do not like the posted coordinates then post your own but do not move the cache to a new location.
