You can only get to this parking lot when southbound on Highway 1. If northbound, there is a place to make a left or u-turn about a half a mile up the road, but use extreme caution.
I had a geocache for a couple of years in this location, but alas it went missing as they cleared out the area behind the restroom. This time I hid it in plain sight. The name should be all of the hints you need.
