Rolling Prairie Trail is a paved bike trail running from Shell Rock to Bristow. The section from Allison to Bristow was just paved a few years ago. Future plans hope to extend the trail system west, through Dumont and eventually to Hampton.
I placed a few caches along this new stretch of trail from Allison to Bristow to encourage people to get their bikes out and try out this new trail. I suggest parking on the east edge of Allison at Wilder Park.
This cache is along the trail as you enter Bristow, so you can drive to it if you choose not to bike here. The background picture will give you a good idea where to look.
