I had a cache close to this location but had to archive it. I have been going to replace it for a while now and finally I did. There is no need to step on the landscaping....keep your feet on pavement, gravel or dirt!
If there are any problems, please let me know right away as I live fairly close and can quickly remedy them.
I will delete your "found" log if I don't see a your signature on the log. The T/D is rated because you need to use a TOTT.
