In anticipation of my 2000th find GC99A8C and 57th Birthday both in the same month, I thought it was high time I finally placed a traditional cache of my own.
This seemed like a perfect spot in an area which used to be home to three other caches at various times that have since been archived. Despite it being seasonal access only, it is possible to park at the entrance and walk around the snow fence to GZ during the winter months.
After the first two Lock & Lock containers went missing along with Travel Bugs and swag, I briefly replaced it with a clear vial stuck partly in the ground. I thought for sure this would do the trick but alas no. Cache is now a duct taped pill bottle with only enough room for the log.
