Another S&S (Stop and Snag) that requires little bushwacking in our ticky summer; not so good in winter, as it is on the ground. Traffic is minimal. No special tool required. The property owner has given permission for this placement even though it really is on city property along the right of way. There is a pull-off at the field fence gate.
