This multi cache will bring you to the Kanaka Creek fish fence, where returning salmon are intercepted in the fall, and a number of them are transported to the Bell-Irving Hatchery for artificial spawning. It's a nice pastoral place most of the time. Be aware of bears as they can frequent this area.
Before you can find the cache, there's a bit of local bureaucracy to wade through!
Park at the posted coordinates, then walk 45 meters south along 240th Street to a plaque commemorating the opening of the bridge over Kanaka Creek in 2010.
This is where municipal politicians get their 5 minutes of eternal fame -- or until the sign disappears, whichever comes first.
Petition these movers and shakers: Memorize the sign, then substitute values (A=1, etc.) for the letters in the following people's LAST NAMES ONLY.
The cache can be found at N49 AB.CDE W122 FG.HIJ
