Cache we placed on a Jeep trip we took up Yellow Jacket/ Wilson park area. Dont think you need a Jeep or a U.T.V. to make it up there, but the trail is narrow and rocky in spots. Should be easy to find, only a short hike from the trail. The name Windy Point #1 comes from the name of the old uranium mine claim that is also in that area.
