Harland & Wolff's iconic yellow cranes, Samson and Goliath, dominate the view across the east of the city. Built by German firm Krupp, they were installed in 1969 and 1974 respectively. They are the city's most identifiable pieces of industrial heritage which can be viewed from this location.
