This is placed at the entrance of a little known beach access trail. Short little walk from the car to the beach. The trail has a short steep hill right at the end. Be careful.... possible high waves at times so watch the kids. Gorgeous spot to watch the sunrise.
Bring your own pen. Only remove the bottom portion of the tube. Leave the top half attached to the fence. Make sure you are not seen taking it off or returning as found. Mahalo!
