This is my first hide after 100+ finds.
I chose a place that I go to often for a good walk. This is a portion of the Helen Altschul Preserve in Stamford, It is a really nice area. It's best to park at the waypoint provided and follow the path from there. If you decide to explore after the cache, be careful, you could get lost.
The cache is a small can with little room for trinkets.
I like to memorize lists of historical/other facts to keep my brain semi-sharp such as it is. Here is a president puzzle, very easy to lookup, to make this interesting.
To get the location of the cache:
There are 4 US Presidents who were the first president to begin their term in that century.
Use the sum of their President order number, add it to both of the posted coordinates (north and west) to get the coordinates of cache location.
