This cache is located close to the buffalo cookout area, and the fishing pomd.
It should be an easy find, but you must sign the offical log sheet to claim the smiley!!
The cache is hidden within Niobrara State Park: A Nebraska State park permit (yearly or daily) is required for entry.
Please follow all park rules and park in designated parking spots only. Do not drive or park on the grassy shoulders of the roads.
