UK Mega 2021 Lincolnshire
Cleetho Seato!

What: An opportunity to enjoy the Lincolnshire beaches and to help keep our planet tidy.
Where: Humberston Fitties Sailing Club
When: Wednesday 4th August 2021 10am – 12pm
A full safety briefing will take place at the start of the event. Please try to be there for that!
Why: Geocachers are renowned the world over for their commitment to keeping clean, safe and tidy the environment in which we play- our 'gameboard'. This event has been organised to do exactly that. It is just as important to take away our waste and dispose of it safely as it is to avoid littering and tidy up after ourselves and others.
Who: Anyone can attend this event but children should be accompanied. This is a undulating and uneven surface and may provde difficult for pushchairs, buggies and wheelchairs. The logbook will be accessible to attendees, however.
What do I need to bring? Gloves and litter pickers, if you have them. Everything else will be provided.
What should I collect? Any litter that you feel comfortable removing. If you see anything sharp such as a needle or blade, or come across a fly-tipped area, please do not touch it but alert a member of the Mega team. If you're not sure, just ask.
What do I do with the litter I collect? Bring any litter you have collected to the starting point which will be staffed throughout the event. All bags left there will be disposed of by the Mega team.
Many thanks to Bobo Frett and DarleyGirl for organising this event for us.
