If you reach this cache you have basically reached Vandalens cave. The cave is about 100-150 metres away. The cache was not placed in the cave itself for safety and coordinate accuracy reasons.
It is placed just off the junction to the cave and is in a special container - the container has nothing in it other than a logsheet - BYOP !!
Best starting / parking point for this hike is 1st Ave, Fernridge. Allow 5-7 hours to get here and back.
