Geocache Description:


Rhosneigr is a popular holiday destination for many in the UK...

Popular for sailing, boating, canoeing and paddleboarding in good weather and windsurfing and kitesurfing when not. 

This cache is placed just on the beach and opposite the boat pool, a set of rocks commonly known as the boat pool and consisting of shale, along with folded mudstone and sandstone are a SSSI with wonderful wildlife. At low tide these rocks are fully exposed whilst at high tide they are a wonder to navigate between (when the weather and sea conditions are good). 

Located close to the WI seating area overlooking the boat pool there is seating available. 

You can walk both Rhosneigr Beach and continue onto Broad Beach, explore the sand dunes and take paddle if not swim in the sea.
