Who: This event is open to the public. You do NOT have to be a member of the MnGCA to attend this event. Veteran geocachers, newer geocachers and people who just want to learn what geocaching is about are all welcome. Geocaching is a family-oriented activity and so is this event. Bring the kids!
What: A social event to celebrate being able to be together again. We will have prizes, games, caching, contests, and more!
When: Saturday, July 24, 2021
Where: Mississippi River County Park Shelter - Rice, MN. (At posted coordinates).
Why: Because it's just plain fun! This is a great chance to "cache" up with friends old and new!
Schedule of Events:
- 10am-1pm - Socialize in the area + games
- 1:00pm - Bingo Game Cards Due
- 1:15pm - Group Photo
- 1:15pm - Drawing for prizes
- 2:00pm - Event is over, let's clean up and head out to cache some more!
Because we are early into the loosening of COVID-19 restrictions, MnGCA will not be serving food at this event. You are welcome to bring your own food if you wish (there are a few charcoal grills at the park).
