The Little Library on Leona Street
Little Libraries are popping up all over the world and, increasingly, they are doing double duty as geocaches. That's the case with this newly-created Little Library on Leona Street. Please note that this is a very active Little Library; there have been a lot of visitors since its installation. (And I've yet to actually see someone swapping books. These bookworms have stealth that any geocacher would be proud of!)
When you arrive, you will see the Little Library prominently in the front yard of a private residence at 6803 Leona, the brick house with bushes in front. Don't worry. The kind people who live there not only encourage the swapping of books, but also the signing of geocaching logs, and full permission has been granted for the placement of this geocache. However, you will need to do a little work to obtain your reward.
Please note the rules:
1. First and foremost, you do NOT need to disassemble the Little Library. There is no need to pry anything apart.
2. Do not tear apart the roof. This is not a slimbob and there is nothing hidden in the roof tiles.
3. Everything you will need to find the cache is provided.
4. If you wish, bring a book to leave or trade. Even if you do not have a book to offer, please feel free to take one, if you find a subject of interest to you.
5. Please respect that this is a residence. It is preferred that you only find the cache between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
6. Be sure to wave "Hi" to the neighbors. They know about the geocache and they're used to people being here not only for the Little Library, but for the previous geocache that was housed at this property.
I have left a few goodies in the cache container for those lucky enough to find it. First to find has a choice between a $5 bill and an unactivated 2020 Dumpster Fire trackable coin (which is not actually in the shape of a coin, but rather a... well, Dumpster). There are also some tags and doubloons for swag.
