This cache is placed after some inspiration while caching in Kansas City.
There is a series there that we chased after. The CO, Dr Powercat, invited people to continue the series. So.... we bring this to the Chicagoland area.....

You do not have to BE HIGH to retrieve this cache...although there will be no judging if that is your preferred caching modus operandi.
You probably don't need to GET HIGH to retrieve this cache...although again there will be no judging and I would like to receive notification so I can observe the attempt, though.
You shouldn't need a tool that GOES HIGH to retrieve this cache so that you can get your feet off the ground.
It's not a long way to the top for this cache, but you will have to go there to sign the log.
Finds without signing the log WILL be deleted. You cannot just look for it to claim it!!
PLEASE!! If you cannot return it to it's proper place, do NOT try to get it down!!
This cache is not for everybody.
